My name is Caren Alvestad, I am a registered massage therapist in Colorado Springs, CO. and an internationally certified neuromuscular therapist. I moved to Colorado Springs in 2000 to attend the Colorado Instute of Massage Threapy. I have been here ever since, growing my practice which consists mainly of NMT, swedish, deep tissue, repetitive stress issues, whiplash soft tissue injury repair, migraine relief.
